The final instalment of M. R James trilogy is brought superby to a climax in this one-man-show.
A Warning To The CuriousNunkie Theatre Company
Performed by Robert Lloyd Parry
Following on from the critically acclaimed ghost story A Pleasing Terror, the final instalment in the M. R James trilogy is brought to a climax with A Warning To The Curious.
This one-man-show superbly demonstrates James' most poignant and personal works. In The Stalls of Barchester Cathedral a murderous cleric falls prey to an ancient curse, built into the very fabric of his church. It is paired here, with the tale of a young archaeologist who is haunted and hunted by the guardian of an ancient treasure. The English seaside has never looked so menacing.
Be prepared for the spine-chilling recreation of M. R James' finest ghost story. This interpretation contains moments of pleasing terror!
